Need a little help to start finding people?
Follow our guide on how to find people, and you'll soon be on your way.
1. Purchase a credit package
To do this you can visit either the 'Packages', or 'Sign Up' page to view our range of search packages. Once you've found the package that suits your needs, click on the subscribe button and you'll be taken to our payment form.
2. Set up your account
A. To create an account, simply fill in the payment form. Here you'll be asked to choose a username and password; we'll email your username to you so you have a record of this.
B. Once you click 'Submit' you'll be taken to the summary page, which gives you an overview of the package you're subscribing to and the payment method you're using. If you're happy with the information displayed here click on the 'Complete' button. If you'd like to change any of the details click the 'Amend' button to go back.
3. Start searching
Now that your account is set up, the search bars appear at the top of the 'Thank you for your Purchase' page. To get going, just enter information into the search bars and click the 'Search' button. You don't need to have their full name or address; you can enter as little information as a surname and town or postcode. However, we recommend entering as much information as possible to help you refine your search.
If you don't know the person's name, we also allow you to do address only searches, which is a great asset when finding lost friends or family. This can be used to discover further information, such as a changed surname, to help you in your search.
4. Your results page
On the left-hand side of the page you'll see a list of names and addresses, while the right-hand side of the page gives you a view of their location. Your remaining credits will also be detailed, so you know how many searches you have left to use.
5. The information you can view
To view someone's full information which includes property details, simply click on their name. Their location will be highlighted on Google Maps with a blue pinpoint.
You'll also see details of the previous and other/current occupants.
6. View their location using Street View
You can see a photographic image of someone's location, giving you a true picture of where they live. To view this, simply drag and drop the orange icon of the man from the top left-hand corner on the map to the highlighted pinpoint. To close this view, just click the cross at the top right-hand corner.
7. Buying more credits to help your search
If you'd like to purchase more credits, you can either change your monthly subscription to a larger package, or conduct a one-off top-up; to do this click the 'My account' tab. On the left-hand side of the page, you'll see the options to either select 'Change package' or 'Top up'.
