Electoral Roll 2003-2010

Our database contains the entire edited version of the 2003-2010 Electoral Rolls. This version contained an “opt out” facility, for those who did not wish their name to appear on the edited version.

If you wish to be excluded from the next edited version of the electoral roll, please ensure that the “opt-out” box is ticked when filling out annually delivered electoral canvassing forms from your local authority.

Our unique Tracesmart Register has been collated from various consumer data resources and people contained in the database have given their personal data freely and voluntarily.

If you wish to establish whether your personal details are contained within our database, you may process a subject access request under the Data Protection Act 1998 by writing to the following address:
